UK Shipping Prices and Information
1. Next-Day delivery (if ordered before Monday-Thursday before 12 noon, excluding weekends)
0-30kg – £4.95
2. Standard delivery (4-5 days)
4-5 day delivery will be counting from Monday (our delivery services do not work on Saturday and Sunday. If your order was placed on Friday, the order will be shipped on the following Monday).
*We offer a next-day express delivery service for UK customers, however, this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. Standard delivery for UK customers is 4-5 day.
European Destination Information
For most European destinations we offer a Europriority Service, which takes 2-3 working days but does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. Therefore, if you order on a Thursday, you will likely receive the goods on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week – this is out of our control.
USA Destination Information
Standard delivery to the USA will take 7-25 days for orders below 2kg.
We currently use DHL, Direct Link, Parcelforce and Royal Mail-Airsure Service for worldwide deliveries.
International Shipping Costs
**Due to the varied international shipping costs, depending on the product and destination, we cannot specify exact prices prior to checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. However, as a general guide, our prices within Europe start at £8.49 for Europriority and £13.50 for DHL Express to the USA.**

If your products arrive damaged, please write to us using the email address listed above, including a photo of the:
- Damaged item(s)
- Packaging you received your order in
*Due to our Damaged Items Shipping Policy, visible proof of damage is required for processing*
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please notify us within 15 days of receipt of the product. Subject to them being ‘UNOPENED’, ‘UNUSED’ in a ‘SALEABLE’ condition.
Returned products are subject to inspection by us.
We do not accept returns on used Makeup & Cosmetic items (including brushes due to hygiene reasons). Refunds will be credited to the original credit card that was used for payment.
You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being sent, always keep your tracking number, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
